A wonderful story about the values of friendship. Marqus works his way on a quest for hidden treasure in the enchanted forest. It reminds me of the stories Captain Kangaroo and Mr. Greenjeans used to read when I was a kid.
The story and reading were fun! It's short and easy enough for young readers, while still providing an adventurous and captivating story. Young readers need more books like this one. Well done!
